Charging problem

Hello....
I have leptop hp 625 with win 7 stater,
AMD 2.10 GHz
32bit

I have no sign of charging in my laptop i mean even i ligh dat show btry is changing it does not ligh

Samtime it charge for 5secends thn it stops da
I dnt knw whats going on!
Plzz help

I tryd to uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and installs it again but still no charging....

Help
