now why is it that my new laptop has spyware installed on it by HP of all people??I've just spent 1 whole hour with tech support in India of all places!! had I known HP out sourced thier techies abroard I would"nt have bought. While talking to the tech as he remotely restuctured my laptop< very scary in itself I found he would not answer any of my questions about why HP would put erronious prograns on it he avoided them entirely allways ignoring the questions after grilling him intensley he finally admitted that HP had instructed him and all other techs to not answer any such questions **bleep**??
He eventually had to reboot my system back to original configurations thus deleting aforementioned spyware. Next **bleep**??!! I missed his call back so called tech support again this time getting an all american tech OK thought nothing of it!!
until I posed the same questions to him gave him my ticket number ALL he said was and I wish I had made a note of his name,and here I quote It will cost you ONLY 14.99 per month sevice contract to take spyware off your computer **bleep**??
I'm not paying to take off spyware HP put on MY computer that HP put on there ITSELF, I replied I still have a WARRANTY!! spyware is NOT covered under WARRANTY was his reply **bleep**??
SO I said what you're telling me is that I have to talk to a guy in INDIA to get it taken off for free?? **bleep**?? Yes he said **bleep**??

All the time I spoke to him i was completely calm and I think reasonable although my voice was a little above normal and rose as the tail unfolded I still CANNOT believe HP is doing this and Ive heard nothing about it What do you think? has the same or similar happened to you?
