I keep sending in my rebate, it has been a over a year and i keep getting ignored. First, I was told that the serial number of my computer was already submitted. I then called and read them the serial number. They then told me to send a picture, which I did, but I never recieved my rebate. Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do? I bought this laptop back in 2012 and still can't get the $50 dollar rebate that was promised.
