Problem in retrieving the accessories offered

I bought an HP Envy 15 j049TX laptop around diwali when accessories and products worth INR. 8000 were offered by the company on purchase of the above laptop. But my retailer had not told me that we need to register for the accessories that were on offer. I had registered my product. what should i do?
