My 10 year old son forgot password to his HP Pavillon Notebook. I have tried to follow the reset steps but it's not working - I reset it, set a new password and I can access his MICROSOFT email account - but not his notebook computer.
I'm really hoping to avoid having to completely reset everything on his computer. Any help or suggestions you can offer would be great.
