i bought a HP ENVY dv6 laptop 0ne ana half year ago.My product name and number is as follows Product name: HP ENVY dv6 Notebook PC,Product number: B6C68AV.For past two months im experiencing an overheating issue.My laptop gets overheated even if i watch a movie for 30 mins.I only play fifa 14 on my laptop(10 hours daily).i dont feel any heat coming out from the side vents and also there is no noise but it generates a lot of heat near battery and harddisk region..also i couldnt even touch there because of heat.My laptop automatically shuts down because of overheating...it happens every one hour.I dont know what to do,please help me.
