I'm having trouble with the two finger scrolling on my Synaptics clickpad. I thought that I would try the original scrolling for a while, but I found that I like the two finger scrolling more. I unchecked the original scrolling and checked the two finger scrolling, but it isn't working now. I've went into the little cog-wheel settings and made sure that "Enable Vertical Scrolling" is selected etc... I have tried reinstalling the drivers through the HP recovery manager. The two finger scrolling works after reinstalling the drivers, but only until I restart my computer, then it is off again even though it is still checked.
Is there any way that I can save the settings so that after my computer restarts I can still use the two finger scrolling feature without having to reinstall the drivers over and over again? My computer is a HP m7-j020dx running Windows 8.1
