I have a Envy dv6 and I have had nothing but problems since the get go. I have been on the phone numerous times and the issues have not been fixed. Once again today I called and spent over 2 hours on the phone and nothing is fixed. Plus they created a new promblem my Itunes no longer works. I get an an error about the localized version not supported. Wanted to speak to a supervisor and got the run around for that. Finally got one and he wanted me to take all the necessary steps to trouble shoot again. They were all the steps I already did this morning. He wanted to waste more of my time. I then asked to speak to someone in the US and I got the run around again. Then he hung up on me. To top this off I got disconnected from the first person I spoke to this morning (the one who created the Itunes issue) and still have not gotten called back. It has now been 1 hour. I was told they have a lot of calls coming in this morning so she may be busy. I will never buy another HP product. $1200 down the drain.
