hp envy redemption

I have bought hp envy 15-j049TX on November 8 and couriered the documents for redemption on 18th Nov but til date (01/12/2013) there is no sort of update about the redemption products. I also mailed them but there is no sort of help from them.

Can Any one help me out regarding what should be done ?
