Hi,
My HP-610 laptop battery will not charge, I replaced it twice because at first I thought the new battery was not good either.
When I start Windows, the battery icon moves for a couple of times as if it was charging and then stops. The text above the icon says: battery charging and an orange light can be seen on the left side of the laptop.
According to Windows all is working right, HP-advisor tells me to calibrate the battery but I can't because the battery is empty.
Can somebody help me?
(I have already tried to remove the hardware and restart the computer.)
