I have a HP G62 laptop. OS is Windows 7 home basic. I'm trying to upgrade it to Windows 7 ultimate. I boot the laptop and select boot from cd.. then ENTER after that the windows is preparing for installation after loading the installation is not responding..
Kindly advice..
