Critical plz help Hp

this is new lap top . I just bought it from another country since just two monthes ( as i think not long time for lap top )
my lap top get so high temperature after i turn it on by about 3 minutes only . it reaches 80 and 90 C with out playing games . is that dangerous plz help me Image may be NSFW.
