HP Probook 6570b. CCC failure to install and Dedidicated graphics card not detected

CPU processor - Coi5

Ram - 4gig

 

i have been trying to install CCC and it says intsallation complete with errors . CCC does not run at all . when i right click on free space on my desktop nothing is there exceptd intel HD graphics 4000 controll panel.  In does not even show in the programmes u can run from the all programe list. it is only visible for uninstalling or repare which i have tried but didnt work. I do have the right driver since i downloaded from HP website on my laptop model category and with all the system specs in mind. I have been following forums for months now tryng everything to install catalyst controll centre . i used the amd cleaning tool , driver sweeper , deleting intel Hd graphics driver , deleting ccc registry files and even reloaded win 7 to start a clean installation still the same result. Its like i do not have a descrete graphics card although the specs for all Coi5 Probook 6570b is suposed to have 1gig DDR 5 AMD Radeon HD 7570M . In bios there is no option to switch to this and even the system information in bios does not show the graphics card neither does any PC Profiling software like CPUZ that i have used to try and identify its presence. Help....
