HP Simple Pass Not Working (Multiple IE 10 Browsers Reopen After Closing Default MSN Homepage)

Hello, I am in need of some assistance with HP SimplePass.

Just recently I have discovered that when the TrueSuiteService application is enabled in msconfig, multiple IE 10 browsers will open automatically on the default MSN homepage only. However; when the application is disabled, the problem does not occur. Here is an example of what some of the urls might look like when the windows automatically open:

Can someone please help me fix this so I can use HP SimplePass properly in IE 10?

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium and I use an HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC. My HP SimplePass is version 6.0.100.272 and says it is up to date.
