Several instances of calculator suddenly start appearing randomly on HP Compaq 8710W. Tried upgrading BIOS to F.20 which helped temporarily but problem has returned. Tried removing switch cover & cleaning ribbon cable contacts -- makes no difference.
Seems to be triggered by slight vibration sometimes, not always e.g. person or large dog walking across floor.
Very disabling. Solution greatly appreciated.
