Hi,
My laptop was collected on Monday for a warranty repair but that was the last I have heard, I have various numbers that were given to me by technical support but none of them seem to work in the repair tracker.
Getting in contact with HP by email is all but impossible, it asks for my serial number etc, errr I dont have the laptop so couldn't say! So how do I contact them? I just dont have the time in the day to hang around on the phone and the fact I have had no email updates or anything is just bad service.
