I have a HP Probook 4350s. It has been pulsating and will not allow me to complete a task. I had a technician look at it and he said the HP Framework was stopping and restarting. He disabled it and the computer works fine. Does anyone know the function of HP Framework and what it is supposed to do? Also, is it vital to the function of my laptop? Thanks for any help. The people in China do not know what Framework is. I tried talking to them. My laptop is still under warranty.
