HP Envy x2 touch pad not working

I have an HP Envy x2, and the touch pad has quit working.  In device manager I get a message of:  This device cannot start (Code 10).  STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.   Tried to load latest driver with no results.  Rebooted with no results.  Unit is less than 1 year old.
