My laptop is only 7 months old and I have a few small problems I want fixed since it should be under the one year warranty. I have read so many horror stories about people not getting their computers back or getting it back in worse condition then when they first sent it out. How can I be assured my very expensive purchase will be safe when I package it up and send it off? What if the package is lost or damaged?! I am so nervous that something worse is going to happen!
