Hi.
I have a HP Envy with Win8 installed. My DVD/CD drive does no longer recognize DVD disk.
The drive is visible and if I for instance put in a DVD for writing, it just asks me to insert a DVD and ejects the one I have put in.
Have tried Microsoft Fix-It software with no result.
DVD films: It asks me to insert a disk.
Music CDs are playing ok.
Help?
What to do?
