I have a HP laptop that only charges when the computer is asleep or off. It will charge normally until it is turned on. When it boots up the yellow charging light goes out and the charger is no lonnger recognized. Any solution? HP told me to do a system recovery which is not posible, since the unit cannot recognize the charger.
