beep sound and screen goes black after startup

hi,I've a problem with my HP G62 a38se notebook pc.when i starts my pc, after startup pc stops saying not responding with 3 beep sound(beep........beep.....beep).after this appears a black screen and goes to restart....plsss help me from this
