My girlfriend and I picked up a HP 15-d004au Notebook PC today at JB hifi and once we got home we had tried to install first Sim city for her, it got to the install screen but once I hit install it then did nothing so I took the disk out and tried again then the disk didnt read at all like there was no disk in there I then tried again and I got as far as selective where to install it and putting the product key then it just did nothing again (when I say it did nothing I mean the install program wasn't on screen anymore and I waited a few mins) then I tried different games and they didn't even show up like there was no disks............................what do
