I recently got this pc model 35CG3352L6Q.
I did a complete restore and all of the updates including adding another 4 GB of ram.
I have a video creation software on it and not much else so as to have all the disc space and processor speed I can get.
After creating the videos and exporting them the videos are not fully rendering and so the slides stop and the music continues. I have an old XP maxhine with a slower processor that will render the videos at a lower resolution and I have tried the same lower resolution with this machine.
Is it possible that some software inside of Windows 8.1 or setting in the pc can be changed to help speed up the processor to allow for the rendering of the video creation software?
