My hp g71-340us has been continously accessed by a networked group of hackers using acpi and a custom bios:

I was able to capture this from the bios:

Free Dos 1.0
Advanced Power Management System
Plug and Play Bios v1.0
PCI Bios v3.0
IBM/MS Int13 Extensions v0.2
System Management
Desktop Management Interface
Vesa Bios Extensions
VBE Power Management v1.0
VBE Accelerator Functions

I have flashed the bios with the current Insyde bios (F.23) from the Hp support page, but I still get accessed.
These hackers deny me any network connections or access to my files. I have not worked in two weeks now.
I have installed Windows XP, Vista, Win 7 and 8 several times, but I still get accessed.
They are very sophisticated, and can upload and install drivers and sotware before I can fully boot into windows.

The key seems to be the ACPI, SMB, and a file called NTOSKRNL.EXE.
I have uninstalled their drivers, but they immediately reinstall them.
How can I disable the ACPI?
Any other solutions would be welcome.

Desperate,

Thanks
