hello,
i had purchased an hp pavilion g6 from India last year and I am recently shifted to UK ... I’m having problem with wifi connectivity now :( ... my laptop was working fine few dais back now it started giving problem it doesn’t connect to wifi it gives error saying "the network security key isn’t correct" but my other laptop gets connected and works fine ...
things i tried :-
1) I tried to diagnose it shows -
Problem found :-
None of the networks you have previously connected are in range. (Not fixed)
A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken. (Detected)
2) refreshed my PC settings ( after this refresh my laptop is running slow it get’s stuck while using and the curser hangs ) :( :(
when I had purchased my laptop I had created “RECOVERY MEDIA DISK “(5 DVD’s) with the help of hp recover manager.
I want to know if I use those recover disk to restore my laptop will my laptop be the same way i had purchased it new??
and will all my problem’s be solved which i am facing ??
And is it safe to use those recovery disk ???
