I'm here in the Philipines and bought a laptop top from PC Live Unit 213 (NP) SM Mall of Asia J.W. Diokno Blivd. BRGY 76 Zone 10, Pasay. A HP NB NO39TU F3Z47PA Ci3 on Febuary 19,2014 and it fail to operate (no Display) 28 of Febuary.
We returned it March 1,2014, for repair and We haven't hear any response since then. We returned More for a month later and there as still no response since then. We where told it would go to a HP service center. I contacted Ms. Anne Poliquit, Chairperson of HP PPS Customer Service, Makati city, to assist in my service for my lap top. To assist in the repair problem. Provide her with all needed information. And it is Apiral 20th and still no information. The have no problem with her center I had a another repaired for the same problem in a timely matter. But, your reseller PC live shoulb be reconsidered as a saler. There response to the failure of my new laptop is appauling and should be reconsider as a HP store
