Blue keys on keyboard

Hi all 

I cannot get the blue keys on my keyboard to work and I really do need to use them. 

I tried the previous suggestions I changed the keyboard language and I also held down Ctrl+fn+right shift and nothing happened. Using an old laptop HP G60.

Please help.
