I have a pavilion g6 1a30us it goes to black screen and the caps lock blinks. (continually, no beeps) I looked online and it said to update bios. So I tried to do that. When I updated the bios from the HP Support I get a message that says it cannot do that because I have 4 partitions.
Also I cannot use either the DVD or usb drives they stopped working a few months after I got the laptop.
