How much ram will my hp dv7-3165 support? It hangs up a lot, even just checking my e-mail. When I ran a diagnostic check the message was 'available memory in the system is low and to upgrade physical memory.' I have 4 gigs installed now. HP is very reluctant to answer questions since the machine is out of warranty----they don't have or won't consult a data base for an "obsolete" machine.
