hp envy 6 sleekbook bios issues

i have an hp envy 6 sleekbook with 4GB ram, core i5 processor, 2.5GB dedicated Graphic from Radeon HD8700/8800. i was downloading drivers for my laptop from hp website and installing them; among them there was a driver for INSYDE H2o Flash memory program which i downloaded and installed on my system but during installation my computer froze and i restarted it and after that this black screen appeared with the blinking capslock.
i tried many ways that hp website has suggested, like removing battery for several minutes (for which i had to remove the back cover of my laptop cause it has built in batteries) or removing bios battery, starting after several minutes with pressing windows key+B button, or pressing and holding the power button with F11 button or removing the ram and hdd (by the way i copied all my data from my HDD and formatted it completely) so on; but unfortunately it doesn't show any progress and nothing appears on the screen to fix, its just black and the caps lock is blinking twice in a row which i am sure is an issue with the bios.
please help me because the repairing shop that i know is asking me for money to repair it (Due to no warranty)but iam a student and my financial situation is not good, my uncle bought this laptop for me to do my assignments on it. please help me.
