We are Profile ADV since1986 in Egypt ,working in the field of printing. We purchased HPZ6100 from your middle east agent, which used to function in a perfect way. Than we were offered by your agent L25500 machine,when it was first launched. After printing almost 4000 m2 , which is not a high amount for a high quality Printing machine, like we always thought about HP.
We started to face several different problems, above them all is concerning the head prints.
First of all, during the printing process, all of a sudden, without any warning, we discover a missing color. On a regular and random basis, the screen gives an order to replace a certain print head. Right after replacing, it gives another order to replace another one, and so on.
It's a non ending problem, which costs us plenty of time , huge amounts of money as well as subscribers.
Your middle east agent with the maintenance team failed to solve the problem.
So, herewith we are addressing you to find a solution , especially after we found out that we are not the only ones facing this issue, which might be a proof that it is a serious manufacturing defect.
