I dropped my Pavillion dv6-4052nr Entertaiment PC on the floor and I lost my screen display of all icons on my desktop but when I connect my laptop to my Samsung TV I can see all the display; icons, etc. How can I fix his problem, please help.
Please note: When windows starts I can see black lines; different color lines on my laptop screen.
