I have a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC 15-n048a which I purchased a few months ago. When I turned it on this morning, and after logging on, the desktop kept on refreshing. I have Norton 360 installed, but couldn't run a scan as I can't access my apps/programs. Luckily, I was able to open Chrome and ran Norton Power Eraser - result was 'no risk found'. Hence I'm thinking that it must be a laptop issue and not due to a virus/malware. Has anyone experienced the same issue with your laptop? Any advice you could give would be much appreciated.
If it's a laptop issue, then it should still be covered by HP factory warranty, but then, I'ld like to get some confirmation before taking further steps.
