I purchased a Notebook-HP Pavilion from a dealer in Express Mall, Chennai on 9th Aug,2013 under a special offer for 3 yrs warranty period. Igot one year warrenty with the assurance from the dealer that the warranty covering the rest 2 yrs period will reach me shortly. I am still awaiting that. Whom at HP shall I contact and what is the Tel. No. I was given a No. 1800-425-4599 but that No. is reporting 'out of order' continuously.
