I have an HP Envy dv7 with Windows 8.1
My fingerprint reader has worked fine until today. It no longer lights up and does not work at all. I can not find anything on the computer that references it for reset. It used to be in the managing accounts. It has just simply disappeared. How do I get this back? This was a selling feature and one of the reasons I bought this computer. Please Help
