Pavilion dm3 laptop with Windows 7-64. My Bluetooth quit working. It happened after I was testing a wireless mouse with a USB adapter, but I don't know if that is related. At first, the Bluetooth audio that I had already set up still worked, even though the device did not show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. After reloading devices drivers, enabling and disabling things, that finally quit working also. I cannot see other discoverable devices I have used previously, like a keyboard and mouse. My cell phone can see my laptop, but my laptop cannot see my cell phone in discovery mode. My cell phone can also see my other Bluetooth devices, so I know they are discoverable. Tried reseating the bluetooth chip. Do I need a new Bluetooth chip? The antenna must be ok, since wifi is still working. Thanks, Mort
