my hardrive went, well it took a while to go, and my battery was not charging so I sent it for repair. The hard drive was replaced but not the battery. It failed the test so they send a new one , but the battery still won't charge, the cord is obviously working, well it has been running for days, and the little connect light is on but the battery power icon says it is at two percent and won't charge at all, hasn't changed except to go down when we unplug it to try things.
Tried replacing the software as suggested but it hasn't changed. Basically I have a laptop that won't work unless plugged in,
have removed the battery but all that did was drain the power even further,
