Product has pre -installed 2 month Norton Internet Security trial. Chose to activate during initial set up of computer. Norton appears to be running correctly, with firewall , antivirus and antispyware all indicated as "ON" in Norton screens but both HP support and Windows Action Center state that no firewall antivirus or antispyware protection is active. Clicking "Turn On" in Action Center doe not appear to have any effect or change the warnings. So THE QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT SECURITY IS ACTIVATED ON THIS MACHINE? Only alterations to the computer are installations/updates from HP, Symantec and Microsoft
