I'd bought a HP Pavillion Touchsmart Sleekbook under the Diwali Utsav scheme in 2013. On the redemption offiers, redemption code 6904478, I've still to receive one of the free gifts, a DVD 600s External Slim DVD Writer. This has been promised to me since for more than 3 months, with intimations about delays in the despatch. However, I've neither received it till date, nor am I getting any response from the mail IDs intimated, i.e. notebook@redemptionsupport.com or diwaliutsav@redemptionsupport.com. I do not know where to seek a resolution for this uacceptable delay.
