Have a problem (that appears to be too common with this model) with my hp envy. the right hinge is just after snapping for no apparent reason as there has been no other damage to the machinebwhich is very disappointing. I think the warranty is probably gone on this but what is the procedure for fixing the problem? i am in the middle of completing a thesis so i need this resolved asap. #disappointinghp
