3 years, recently my computer starts lager or on videos, sounds, when I type in office, when I want to open any application ...
I update my drivers ... but no positive change
I have windows 7 32 bit and this is my specifications

I defrag every two days my hard drive, I scanned my computer with anti malware, anti virus too, but nothing!
I do not have Hp power assistant .
Help me plz
