My new 10 day old HP Envy dv7 hard disk failed yesterday. I purchased this as a refurb model from the Best Buy marketplace, and it has a 90 day warranty. This laptop is registered with HP.
HDD type is ATA.
Failure ID is U09J7Q-71Q721-PXGK0K-60C803.
Product ID is C2N70UAR#ABA.
Please help me get warranty service to fix the drive and recover my files.
