I'm a heavy user of HP pavilion G4. I got a message(90B error) said that my fan is not operating correctly. And I know that my fan must be filled dust. I disassembled my laptop components. The dust is not too bad honestly. So, I cleaned the dust and assembled back my laptop. A couple day later I got fan error message again. I recheck again and the fan does not spin smoothly. I think this is the problem, the fan JAMMED. Is my warranty will void if I disassemble my laptop by myself? And there is no 'void' sticker. I want to send my laptop to the HP store to get my laptop fan repaired under the 'WARRANTY' because to get the spare part by myself is too EXPENSIVE, arround RM80(Malaysian Ringgit) .
