I purchased this Laptop in 2012. Today I tried to load a Photoshop programme.
The install asks me to provide the serial number of the Laptop.
Do you think I can remember it ?? NO.
How can I find the Serial number?

I cannot find the administrators password. I know I wrote it down somewhere !!
How can I find and/or change the administrators password??
