hp mini 2133 IC Chips problem

i have a problem on my mini hp laptop 2133 that it doesn't charge
i send it to maintenance shop and they said that ic of charging are not working the problem is they can't see the number on the ic's to replace it.
in my city ther is no devices like mine, so if anyone can tell me what are the numbers on the ic's in the front of charge port that used to charge the device i'll thank him very much.
i need answer fast i need my device very soon fix because i need it for my job.
