hello i am using HP pavilion dv6-7104ea, i have windows 7 Unltimate 64 bit operating system, i am having a problem with my charging. Since last few days my laptop won't charge more than 89%. even if my charger is plugged in it shows not charging. and this mornig i plugged my charger in and it shows "not charging" on 26% and battery won't charge at all. as soon as i remove charger my laptop turn off. i tried that hard reset thing by removing battery and pressing power button for 30 seconds and al. not helping.
someone help me. thanks in advance.
