Wondered if someone could possibly help me, my partner bought me a notebook for xmas. It's got Authentec simplepass thingy (sorry not very computer literate) but it won't work.. it never has. Whenever I try and setup the programme it says something went wrong try again later. Any ideas or suggestions?
