I purchased a new HP laptop. With it I am  entitled for a Norton Internet Security 1Year SubscriptionPack, under HP New Year Offer. While I did receive this e-mail and Coupon code with it, I am getting this error while using the coupon code:

This serial key has already been used

Please send me a new coupon code as I have just a few more days left on the Norton Internet Security trial version.
