HP 14-b182tx cannot install 64bit operating system

Hi

I just bought a new laptop (hp pavilion 14-b182tx).  When trying to install W7 64bit OS - it gives a hardware not supported error after completeing 90% of the Windows install.

I then installed W7 32bit, and only 932MB from 8GB RAM is available.  I've seen other threads on here and there is a patch to work around this.

However, the laptop is for a 64bit work environement and I need to install the 64bit OS (and to run the PC to it's full capabilities).  

Any help greatly appreciated.
